Refund policy
Every item in our store is custom-made specifically for you as soon as you place an order. Because of this made-to-order fulfillment process, our return and refund policies are structured differently than traditional retail stores.
Please review our policy below before making a purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand by the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect (e.g., misprint, hole, or tear), we will gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund.
- Timeframe: You must contact us within 30 days of the product delivery date.
- How to claim: Email our support team with your order number and a clear photograph showing the defect.
- Returns: You do not need to ship the defective item back to us. Once we verify the photo, we will immediately process your reprint or refund.
Wrong Size, Color, or Buyer's Remorse
Because every item is created specifically for your order, we do not offer returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, selected the wrong color, or simply changed your mind.
- Sizing: To ensure the perfect fit, please carefully review the sizing charts provided on every product page before checking out.
Undeliverable Orders & Incorrect Addresses
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout, the package will be returned to our fulfillment facility and disposed of.
We cannot offer free replacements or refunds for items sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address immediately after ordering, please contact us right away. We will do our best to update it before the item goes into production, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is processed.

To report an issue or ask a question about your order, please reach out to us at support@weardash.com. Please include your Order Number in the subject line to help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
